- High season
- December 15 to March 15, and during the Terre de Blues festival (May 12–19, 2027; May 31–June 6, 2028; 7-night minimum).
- Low season
- The rest of the year.
Terms
- 3-night minimum stay: each night at the weekly rate divided by seven, plus cleaning.
- From 7 nights: 10% off the whole accommodation price.
- Local tourist tax: €2 per adult per night.
- Payment by bank transfer: 40% down payment when you sign the contract, balance no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Cleaning fee (€160 with 2 bedrooms, €200 with 3 bedrooms): paid in cash to our local host on arrival.
- €1,500 security deposit: if you live in France, a check handed over on arrival, not cashed and returned within 30 days after your departure; if you live abroad, a bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival, refunded within 30 days after your departure.
- Check-in from 4 pm · check-out by 10 am. These times are flexible depending on ferry schedules and the stays before and after yours: just tell us when you expect to arrive.
